SLR Online Coaching

SLR Online Coaching Programmes are designed to provide you all the benefits of having a 1-2-1 personal trainer without them physically being within your presence. You will be getting nutritional advice, training routines, meal planning, goal tracking, and feedback.

My Online programs are for people who are :

Self-motivated - You don’t need your hand held, as long you know what to do your happy to get on with it.

Just testing the water -  You're not ready for a personal trainer just but you need to get on track with your fitness.

Fitness fanatic - You train regularly but now have plateaued and need some variation to your training methods to give it a boost.

Ready to go alone - You’ve finished with a personal trainer and want to carry on by yourself to maintain the results you’ve gained.

These specific programs are created with the user's goal in mind. You will be able to track improvements, workouts, and nutrition information. The idea behind this is so you can make more progress by aiming for and meeting fitness or weight loss goals.
